Metro
BART: Get off at the Montgomery Street station. Walk up to street level and take MUNI bus #30 from the corner of Kearny and Market streets to the Van Ness/North Point stop. MUNI METRO: Get off at the Van Ness station. Walk up to street level and take MUNI bus #47 or #49 to the Van Ness/North Point stop.
Train
BY AMTRAK RAIL: From the Oakland or Emeryville Amtrak stations, take an Amtrak shuttle bus to the Ferry Building. Take a MUNI Metro train from the Embarcadero station (near the Ferry Building) to the Montgomery Street station. Walk up to street level and take MUNI bus #30 from the corner of Kearny and Market streets to the Van Ness/North Point stop. Walk one block west on Bay Street to Franklin Street. Turn right into Fort Mason and follow the HOSTEL signs to the left of the chapel and towards the water to the hostel.

BY GREYHOUND BUS: The bus stops at the Transbay Terminal in San Francisco. Walk out to the front of the terminal and take MUNI bus #10 ($1.50, exact change) to the Van Ness/North Point stop. (On Sundays, walk from the terminal to Kearny and Market Streets and take MUNI bus #30 to Van Ness/North Point.) Walk one block west on Bay Street to Franklin Street. Turn right into Fort Mason and follow the HOSTEL signs to the left of the chapel and towards the water to the hostel.

BY BART TRAIN: Get off at the Montgomery Street station. Walk up to street level and take MUNI bus #30 from the corner of Kearny and Market streets to the Van Ness/North Point stop. Walk one block west on Bay Street to Franklin Street. Turn right into Fort Mason and follow the HOSTEL signs to the left of the chapel and towards the water to the hostel. BY AIRPORT SHUTTLE: From San Francisco Int'l Airport, Lorrie's Airport Service offers a discounted rate of $13 per person.
