Metro
BART OR MUNI: Get off at the Powell Street station. Walk 2 blocks north on Powell, turn left on O'Farrell Street, then turn right on Mason Street. The hostel is on the righthand side.
Train
BY AMTRAK RAIL: From the Oakland or Emeryville Amtrak stations, take an Amtrak shuttle bus to the Ferry Building (at Market Street and the Embarcadero). Take a MUNI metro train from the Embarcadero station (near the Ferry Building) to the Powell Street station. Walk 2 blocks north on Powell, turn left on O'Farrell Street, then turn right on Mason Street. The hostel is on the righthand side.
Parking
There is an unloading zone in front of the hostel entrance; when you arrive, the hostel staff can direct you to a long-term parking facility. There is an inexpensive facility 2 km from the hostel; there are other facilities within 1 block of the hostel that are more expensive.

1 block from Union Square; walking distance to Chinatown, SoMA, and cable cars.
Bus
BY GREYHOUND BUS: The bus stops at the Transbay Terminal in San Francisco. Walk out to the front of the terminal and take MUNI bus #38 to Geary and Powell streets. Walk 1 block west on Geary, and turn left on Mason Street. The hostel is on the lefthand side.
Airport
BY BART TRAIN: Get off at the Powell Street station. Walk 2 blocks north on Powell, turn left on O'Farrell Street, then turn right on Mason Street. The hostel is on the righthand side. BY AIRPORT SHUTTLE: From San Francisco Int'l Airport, Lorrie's Airport Service offers a discounted rate of $13 per person. From Oakland Int'l Airport, Super Shuttle service is available but reservations are recommended.
