HI-White River Junction, The Hotel Coolidge, housed in a 1920's railroad hotel, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The hostel is conveniently located across the street from the Amtrak Station and is close to shops, restaurants and the campus of Dartmouth College.
Excursions are possible to the Quechee Gorge, Vermont.
