This offer is for Hostelling International USA (HI-USA) hostel reservations through Sunday, November 4th.  Please use the contact details below based on your situation and how your original reservation was made.

• If you made a reservation directly through hihostels.com or hiusa.org and want to cancel please contact the Hihostels Service team dialing +44 (0)1707 324170 or email info@hihostels.com. Please provide your name, hostel booked, booking reference number and arrival date.
• If you want to adjust your arrival date please contact the reserved hostel directly.  You can find hostel contact details here
• If you made a reservation by any other means (i.e. telephone, email, fax, other booking site) or have a group booking please contact the hostel directly to discuss a change.You can find hostel contact details here
