October 1-3 2019 | HI NYC | #StudyAbroadBecause
Meet, befriend, and build long-term relationships with 100 top influencers in travel. Summit programming is open only to vetted influencers who meet the highest standards in reach, engagement, and commitment to the transformative power of travel.
Brands who want to build connections with these powerful leaders are invited to attend as sponsors. All brands are integrated into Summit programming in a way that’s authentic to their brand and highlights their expertise. In addition to the standard benefits of sponsorship, each brand will consult with our team to create a custom plan that helps maximize their presence.
Cultural Exchange Sponsorship
To further the impact of this event, the Summit seeks to connect influencers with the organizations responsible for sending young adults on exchange programs. New in 2019, cultural exchange organizations will have the chance to exhibit and network at a significantly reduced rate. Exhibiting starts at just $500, with the option to add on additional benefits.
We are open to working with brands that provide value to the Summit beyond financial contributions, from product to programming to services. Each opportunity will be evaluated and considered.
If you would like to get involved as a sponsor, please contact Netanya Trimboli, HI USA Director of Communications & PR, at Netanya.Trimboli@hiusa.org or (240) 650-2104.

Gap Year Association
The Gap Year Association is a nonprofit accreditation and standards-setting organization, recognized by the US Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. We continue to advance the field of gap years because of their profound benefits on students from all backgrounds. We want more students taking intentional time away from "classroom" before accruing college debt, starting their careers, and choosing a life-path, in order to facilitate perspective, purpose, and maturation. We believe that the life-experience gained from travel, sets students up for success in the real world. Taking a gap year has been shown to increase college graduation rates, improve GPAs, increase participation in campus activities, and increase career satisfaction.
