General Terms & Conditions
- $300 security deposit is required for all events
- Rentals must end no later than 11 p.m.
- Beer & Wine approval needed prior to event. Hard liquor is not permitted on the premises.
- A 50% deposit is required 14 days after submitting your booking request.
- Functions must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event.
Available Discounts
- Off-peak rates are available Monday-Thursday for events of fewer than 50 people. These events may only be booked up to 8 months out.
- 25% off standard rates for HI USA mission-aligned organizations.
- 20% off standard rates for other nonprofit organizations.
