The Ballroom

The SoHo Room

  • 1,450 square feet
  • 100-person capacity
  • Tables and chairs included
  • 4-hour minimum required
  • $300 per hour

General Terms & Conditions

  • $300 security deposit is required for all events
  • Rentals must end no later than 11 p.m.
  • Beer & Wine approval needed prior to event. Hard liquor is not permitted on the premises.
  • A 50% deposit is required 14 days after submitting your booking request.
  • Functions must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event.

Available Discounts

  • Off-peak rates are available Monday-Thursday for events of fewer than 50 people. These events may only be booked up to 8 months out.
  • 25% off standard rates for HI USA mission-aligned organizations.
  • 20% off standard rates for other nonprofit organizations.
